Key Responsibilities

Profile

Knowledge of field testing tools, data collection systems, and debugging/logging methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot system integration issues involving head‑end systems and third‑party platforms.
Experience managing RMA workflows, including tracking, escalation, and technical analysis of returned products.

Capable to sniff and understand MAC layer protocol captures.
Experience with CPE and/or Headend (CMTS, RPD, RMD) hands-on.
Solid knowledge of PacketCable specifications (PKT 1.x and 2.0), voice provisioning, and SIP-based voice services.
Software Development
Proven experience in software development for embedded systems.
Experience with debugging tools (e.g., gdb, strace, tcpdump).
Ability to work closely with hardware and firmware teams.
 
Networking and Troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols (IPv4/IPv6, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).
Proficiency with network monitoring and debugging tools (Wireshark, spectrum analyzers, CM logs, SNMP traps).
Understanding of TR-069/TR-181, USP, or other device management
protocols.
Knowledges on DPOE and OMCI would be a plus.
Preferred Certifications
Embedded Linux or networking certifications (e.g., CCNP, CompTIA Network+)
SCTE DOCSIS/PacketCable Certifications would be a plus.

Manage and develop the strategic relationship with a major Service Provider in the US.
Oversee pre-sales activities including the preparation for RFPs, networking the account, positioning Sagemcom for new and future opportunities.
Post sales activities including maximization of the sales, relationship with supply chain and reverse logistics stakeholders.
Participation to engineering and marketing initiatives on the running products.
Establish sales forecasts, revenue, and delivery quantities for all clients.
Create a network with various client contacts (decision-makers, prescribers, and users).
Develop offers to meet client needs by coordinating with internal stakeholders (product managers, industrials, legal, financial, etc.).
Implement the commercial strategy based on the orientations and roadmaps defined by the Business Unit.

Participate in the development of the commercial strategy for the assigned area and ensure its implementation.
Provide regular reporting on the progress of offers and business to the hierarchical manager.
Validate sales terms and price levels with the Commercial Director and/or Department Director.
Interface with local and cross-functional sales teams, and if necessary, supervise a salesperson.
Ensure prospecting: identify potential clients, identify client contacts, and potential partners.
