Key Responsibilities Assist in resolving field issues reported by Australian utilities, ensuring fast and accurate diagnostics across hardware, firmware, legal metrology, RF communications, and network behavior. Profile Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, or IoT engineering. Solid understanding of smart metering systems, embedded electronics, and IoT communication technologies. Experience with RF communication protocols used in metering environments. Knowledge of field testing tools, data collection systems, and debugging/logging methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot system integration issues involving head‑end systems and third‑party platforms. Experience managing RMA workflows, including tracking, escalation, and technical analysis of returned products.
