The Field Application Engineer (FAE) is the primary local technical resource supporting remote R&amp;D teams (based in France or Tunisia) as well as Sagemcom customers, notably large Tier‑1 Pay TV and Internet operators in North America.

• Master’s Degree in a technical field with minimum 3 years’ experience in engineering or technical role and in a customer-facing position.
 • Previous technical experience in the Set-Top-Box industry is required.
 • Domain knowledge and practical experience with the following technologies: Digital Video Broadcast, Over-the-Top Video, Audio streaming and rendering, WiFi, Android TV Operator tier, home networking and device management,
