Responsibilities
Install and configure solutions at customer sites; provide on-site/remote technical support during deployments and PoCs.
Diagnose issues (systems, real-time/industrial constraints), collect logs, and create high-quality tickets for Engineering when needed.
Implement fixes or configuration changes; validate and document outcomes.
Produce clear post-intervention reports for customers (scope, actions, root cause, next steps).
Coordinate with modem vendors and telecom carriers to resolve interoperability and connectivity issues.
Support R&amp;D on defect reproduction, triage, and verification of corrective patches.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer, Electrical, or General Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Background in industrial/embedded or real-time systems.
Understanding of TCP/IP, cellular/Wi-Fi networking, and modem integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with issue trackers (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools.
