Description de la mission
Ensure the proper functioning of production tools by ensuring preventive and curative maintenance of machines, optimizing intervention times in order to guarantee the continuity of the production process
- Actively participate in the implementation of automated lines integrating robots, automatons, and test benches.
- Participate in the validation, debugging, and ramp-up of these lines. Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of production resources by carrying out precise diagnostics and rapid interventions to minimize machine downtime.
- Create error-proof systems and machines adapted to specific needs.
- Contribute to quality improvement by detecting omissions through automatic control.
- Ensure operational maintenance during the operating phase according to MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), FPY (First Pass Yield), and cycle time criteria.
- Ensure and define preventive maintenance.
- Use and monitor the development of relevant tools enabling the exploitation of indicators (failure detection tools, root cause tree, FTA method, etc.).
- Participate in the continuous improvement process encouraged by management.
- Comply with all safety and environmental instructions.
- Integrate knowledge of legal metrology and associated normative aspects into its activity.
Profil recherché :
Know about automation and to manipulate a robot
ability to read and interpret technical manual and blueprint
