The subsidiary employs people of various nationalities and with diverse profiles (accounting, administration, technical, project management, HSE).
Description de la mission
The Sles Director in Zambia is responsible for:
Business Development: identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with local clients and partners, in accordance with the Group's strategy.
Cost Control: monitoring center costs and optimizing expenditures.
General Management: overseeing administrative management, ensuring legal, tax, and HR compliance, fostering team motivation, maintaining the company's image, and adhering to ESG standards.
Operational Support: providing logistical and organizational support for the successful implementation of projects in the field.
Local Representation: representing the company to authorities, partners, and key stakeholders.
Profil recherché :
Education: Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the telecommunications or energy sector.
Excellent management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and raise awareness among teams.
Leadership and sensitivity to environmental and social issues.
