Team description
Supplier quality team support France team to control supplier quality.
Mission statement
Perform supplier factory audits based on Sagemcom audit procedure ( system & manufacturing process& health-saftey&Environment), and verify the effectiveness of their corrective actions
To release audit reports using Sagemcom Standard Form
Detect supplier quality issues and improving activities in responsible area
Analysis for defect parts, and work with supplier to do efficient corrective actions
Regularly update of quality documents in company database
Support in product quality issues claimed by Sagemcom plants and follow up with suppliers
Support in pre-shipment quality inspections if necessary
Profile
Over 4 years working experience in Suppliers Quality Audit (preferably in similar industry)
Familiar with ISO9001 quality system and ISO14001
Basic knowledge in electronics and mechanics
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
Willing to conduct frequent business trips
Task organization
High sense of autonomy, responsibility
Strong learning skill and source of propositions
