The Site is intended for any person (the "User") who wishes to submit an unsolicited application or access a specific job offer proposed by the Company.
The User is informed that the "your space" service is only accessible by login and password.
The Company reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close the Site or access to one or more elements or services in order to update, modify or change operational methods, servers and accessibility times, without this list being limitative.
Commitments of Sagemcom
The Site and its content are provided "as is", without any guarantee of any kind, within the limits authorised by applicable law. The Company does not guarantee that all the information provided is free of errors, nor does it guarantee its completeness, timeliness, exhaustiveness or otherwise.

Commitments of the User
The User undertakes and takes all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and conservation of his/her access code and not to communicate it to anyone. The Company, or any other company of the Sagemcom group, as well as the host, shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the access code. Any operation carried out on the Site with the User's connection identifiers is deemed to have been carried out in the User's name and engages his/her responsibility.
The sole purpose of the Site is to facilitate the Company's recruitment procedures. It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling him/her to consult job offers and submit his/her application.
